Minister of Justice and Human Rights Patrialis Akbar felt oppressed. Various policies to make the prisoners more humane place does not seem to be appreciated. He was given a red report card.

He also employs inmates outside the correctional institution (prison) as well as providing savings accounts and automated teller card (ATM). "That policy has never stopped," he said.

He added, construction and development of 31 prisons that must be completed by December 2010. Meanwhile, budget execution checklist (DIPA) has come down in June.
